They grew up on the island of Oahu with a strong culture of aloha (love) rooted in 'ohana (family), traditions, the ocean, and the 'āina (land). When they started Mo’ Bettahs in 2008 they wanted to share the real Hawaii with everyone who entered the restaurant.
