HelpCentre provides an easy and fast way to troubleshoot ComAp controllers. The application helps you to manage not only IL, IM and IG series controllers, but also controllers with integrated display. Explore the functionality of ComAp products, such as controller installation and wiring, with an interactive wizard.
The integrated chatbot allows you to search the extensive knowledge base of our products in a pleasant interactive form.
HelpCentre supports IL, IM, IG series controllers. Manual management brings a new way to download manuals from the ComAp cloud. You can browse downloaded manuals in offline mode.
Registration will unlock QR code support for the IG-500 series and IV 5.2 series controllers, making it easier to read and share generator status with ComAp support.

Generator Unit
Through the hardware collector, the running data of the generator set is transmitted to the unit cloud monitoring in real time. The user uses the Cloud Monitor app, can view the generator set running status, the data, the alarm, the geographical location in real time, and can carry on the remote control to it.

Through the background management, different user gets different roles and permissions, which strengthens the data privacy of the generator set.
