Straightforward You can use the app to transfer tickets you have bought for friends to their Scottish Rugby Ticketing App. Here’s how it works: Download the App Once you have purchased your ticket(s) through the Scottish Rugby website, you and all your guests will need to download the Scottish Rugby Ticketing App. Register with the App The first time you use the App, you will need to register. This must mirror the registration details on your Scottish Rugby Ticketing account (Forename, Surname, Mobile Number) for you to be recognised and for tickets to be delivered to the app. Find your tickets When Scottish Rugby release the match tickets (usually no later than two weeks before a game) you will find your tickets in the ‘My Tickets’ section of the App. To help keep your tickets safe and secure, the QR code for each ticket will only appear around 48 hours before gates open. Make sure your mobile is charged on the day! On arrival at the turnstiles on the day, have your ticket ready to scan with the QR code face up and make your way through the turnstile. One ticket per device Apart from children or dependents, it’s one ticket per device. Therefore, everyone for whom you’ve bought tickets must also download the App so you can transfer their tickets to their devices.
