A valid Asigny account is required to use this app. Asigny is a task management system that allows to track and assign various types of tickets (tasks) to dedicated personnel, where tasks can be attached to specific objects to record history of the activities performed against them. Use the app to: - Receive assignments and scheduled routes - Plan ahead with the optimal time table calculated for the whole route - Record time spent off work so that the upcoming schedule is updated automatically - Record time and materials spent on specific tasks to complete the assignment - Check service history of the assignment object - Add picture attachments to assigned tickets and performed activities - Update assignment status - Record customer details and signature upon finishing the assignment - Send ticket summary report to the customer and to the office after it has been finished
