PaloAlto311 is a multi-platform solution for providing Palo Alto residents, businesses, and visitors access to a set of local government-provided services, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. With this smartphone app, service requests such as reporting a street issue is easily submitted by completing a short description of the request. The app will automatically know the issue location and will ensure that the issue is sent to the appropriate department at the City.
