Social Strategies is here to educate and support social service agencies and the communities they serve. Many dedicated people working in social services report needing training and consultation that is trauma-informed and focuses on building dignity and meaningful relationships through which healing and transformation can occur. Our training blends core values, concrete skills, and reflective practice to create an immersive and impactful learning experience. The Social Strategies team has a wealth of very specialized knowledge that collectively serves the social service ecosystem, from on the ground, evidence-based protocols for providers to governance and oversight models for agency leaders, to system and structural knowledge of what works in the legislative and regulatory environment.
