In deze gratis App voor (aankomende) ouders heb je alle handige informatie over de kraamweek bij de hand. Van uitzetlijstje tot nuttige tips, van oefeningen tot aan allerlei leuke zwangerschapscursussen en van duidelijke instructiekaarten tot aan exclusieve instructievideo’s, het is allemaal 24/7 beschikbaar in de Kraamzorg App. Om je gratis te kunnen registreren heb je jouw clientnummer nodig en de organisatiecode van jouw kraamzorgorganisatie of ZZP kraamverzorgende. Heb je deze codes nog niet van jouw kraamzorgaanbieder ontvangen of heb je deze niet meer in je bezit, neem dan svp even contact op met jouw kraamzorgorganisatie of ZZP kraamverzorgende. Zij zullen je deze code dan (opnieuw) toesturen.

MediMama: Zwanger-Medicijnen

The MediMama app enables easy and quick access to information on safety of over-the-counter medicines during pregnancy and breastfeeding. MediMama was developed by Moeders van Morgen, part of the Netherlands Pharmacovigilance Centre Lareb. Moeders van Morgen Lareb is the knowledge centre on medicine use during conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding. In the MediMama app, you can search easily and quickly whether or not you can use an over-the counter-medicine during pregnancy or breastfeeding. - You will immediately see whether you can use the medicine; - You can look for safe alternatives to a medicine; - You can look up hundreds of medicines in the app. The MediMama app allows searching for a specific medicine or a brand, but also for a group of medicines. The app also provides life style advice that may help in reducing pregnancy related complaints before you start taking medication. Always consult your doctor or midwife for personal advice in case of persistent complaints or when you are worried.
