HealthTrain helps you build and maintain healthy routines while managing your condition. Your care giver will guide you through a tailored program with exercises, activity goals and education tailored to your situation. * Clear exercise instructions with high quality instruction videos showing you how to correctly perform your exercises. * Researched and vetted information and explanation videos on how to manage your condition. * Integration with Apple Health to automatically track your activity, optionally with Apple Health supported apps or fitness devices. * Receive notifications for appointments, exercises and your activity goals to keep on top of your program. You can manage how many notifications you want to receive the app. * Stay in touch with your physical therapist for advice and instructions by sending them a 1-on-1 message. Important: You can access a program when you receive an invite from your physical therapist to use HealthTrain. Activate HealthTrain using the same mobile phone number you received the invite on to access your program. Users who access the app without an invite will only be able to access demo content.
