SEGUL GUI provides functions to manipulate and summarize large-scale genomic data in a fast and easy way. It has a growing list of features. Current version can do: 1. Alignment concatenation, filtering, splitting, and conversion. 2. Alignment, genomic read, and contig summary statistics. 3. Sequence extraction, removal, translation, and renaming. 4. Sequence ID extraction and mapping.
