Welcome to Cifit Clondalkin.  We specialize in group training and classes for women who would like to improve themselves both physically and mentally.  With a fun, friendly environment, we pride ourselves in the unique atmosphere we have created since 2018.  In a nutshell, we are all about women supporting women to become better versions of themselves. We aim to integrate every single woman,  who takes that first step through the door, into a fitness family like no other, full of support, kindness, friendships, and community. Our main product is our most popular, "Lift" sessions.  These are group training sessions with up to 8 per coach.  During these sessions, clients are coached through the fundamentals of exercises before being brought through their personal fitness journey.  Other classes on the timetable are a mix of what we feel our clients enjoy as more of a fun, cardio-based activity and work as a great complement to our main "Lift" product.  These classes are changed monthly to keep it varied and interesting.
