Built for a kindergarten teacher by her computer science teacher husband, this application allows you to : - Create tracking books for each of your pupils, on iPhone or iPad, - Keep the activity repository provided (2021 version) or adapt it completely, - Take photos of the pupils' achievements, - Visually monitor activities done or not yet done, overall or by group, level, pupil, - Note (and dictate as often as possible) your comments on the pupils' achievements, the instructions for each activity, the overall assessments appearing at the end of the booklet, - Create your pupils and groups either manually or by importing an administrative file (in CSV format), - Perform data backups and restorations easily (photos and all data entered) so that a loss/theft of a mobile or tablet is not a tragedy... - Adapt the monitoring notebooks produced : These include a summary then the presentation of the activities carried out by the child. One or more cover pages of your composition can be added in front (demo on the website), - Pupil files can be transmitted from one teacher to another via the wifi connection, either at each class change or regularly. This last feature will be of particular interest to teachers sharing the class: The activities and work carried out by one can be transferred to the laptop/tablet of the other teacher. A common booklet can therefore be created (but two separate tracking books are also possible in the absence of synchronization), - You (teacher) can keep track of your pupils' tracking books by sending them to your email box, - Parents/legal guardians receive their child's tracking books by email, with a hidden copy so as not to disclose the addresses, - You can adapt this email entirely, - You have a summary grid which presents for each pupil and each skill the best evaluation that you have assigned (useful for example before a meeting with the parents) - Finally, a user guide is available on http://fr.lagache.free.fr/carnet/agence_accueil.php, as well as a complementary application to allow backups on a PC (recommended in the event of loss of the mobile/tablet ...).
