Spiritual Exercise is an app that allows you to track your practice of, or learn or be reminded about, 12 traditional spiritual exercises. When you press on one of the exercises, you can record your practice. If you click on the exercise, you see a quote and a link to artwork that is relevant to the exercise. You can record your exercise, input any notes and use the app as a prayer and/or gratitude journal. The app also includes a daily gospel reading, a Bible and plan to read the Bible in a year (or three years). The watch app includes a complication you can add to the watch face that shows whether you have practiced the spiritual exercises that day, and you can use this as a gentle reminder to pray, read the Bible, express gratitude or practice another spiritual exercise. The widget you can add also shows your most recently practiced exercise, whether you are on track on your Bible reading plan and your practice of the spiritual exercises over the past seven days.
