The App is a single platform providing users with an interactive and comprehensive guide on New Criminal Laws (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023) which aims at transformation and strengthening our criminal justice system by making it more transparent, accountable and accessible. The App is structured into three main components, each serving a distinct purpose to enhance user experience and comprehension. The first component is the Index, where all chapters and sections of the new laws are listed. Second, is a corresponding chart that provides visual representation of changes and highlights key differences between the two sets of laws with facility of text search for quick information retrieval. The user also has access to the detailed section-wise comparison between old and new laws, which will serve as a ready reference while implementation of the new laws. Third, component provides comprehensive content of the New Criminal Laws along with the schedules also with search facility. With its user-friendly design, comprehensive content, and innovative features, the app will empower users to learn of the new laws effectively. The app will be useful for approximately 2 million policemen and other law enforcement officers as well as members of legal fraternity, government officers, researchers, students and citizens. The App is also designed to work in offline mode, ensuring that it is accessible in remote areas, making relevant information available to every stakeholders.

In India, there are many enactments. Converging all enactments in a simple application will help the users to locate and refer to the enactment of their choice. The Statute can include Acts, Rules, Regulation, etc. Also, enactments undergo amendments at different places and during different periods. Our endeavour is to bring in all enactments in one place by incorporating all up-to-date amendments. This thought has given rise to the development of this mobile application by which users can carry the entire statutes with them and wherever they go. The application covers Central Acts, Central Rules, Kerala Acts, Kerala Rules which are updated periodically. There is an option to search with the name of the Statute. Search can be made within the Statute. Search can also be made by a word, and all the Statute that contains that word will also be listed. Easy to use and handy. Very useful for Lawyers, Courts, Judges, Law Students, Teachers, and even laymen. The app is from the house of Law Books Centre, Ernakulam which is one of the leading book publishers of Kerala.
