With a background in dance, movement has always been a sanctuary and creative outlet for Sasha. She has completed over 550+ hours of yoga training, as well as STOTT Pilates, Barre and Fitness qualifications. Over the last 7 years Sasha has taught in studios, at events for known brands such as Whoop, Longchamp Paris, Kate Spade and Ren Skincare, on retreats, in resorts and on her online platform of 4.5 years, Sasha Alex Studio. Her aim is to help as many people as possible feel more at home in their body through movement that is healing, intuitive and empowering.
