This web server implements a rolling password that changes routinely. The local web server does not utilize https between the Rclone Library and the App for communication as its designed for local network or in most cases same device communication and cannot use a certificate in a secure manner and honestly does not need a certificate given the private network access needed for communication. With that in mind any communication from the Rclone Library out to the internet will utilize whatever standard security protocols each service needs.
