IFIRMA is a mobile app for invoicing and online accounting for businesses. All your invoices, expense documents, taxes, ZUS/tax office deadlines and communication with your accountant are kept in one place – on your phone or tablet, 24/7. The same goes for products and services – you can conveniently create and edit them in the app to speed up online invoicing. Document management center Upload a file or a photo of an invoice or receipt, or import a file from another app – all documents are stored in the system and sent straight to IFIRMA accounting. You can see which files have already been posted, view your accountant’s comments and check whether anything is still missing. Modern online accounting The app adapts to your needs: it offers full integration with bank accounts, lets you quickly contact your accountant or customer support and share company details using the “My business card” feature. Thanks to automatic synchronization with the browser version, you always have access to your data and operation history, wherever you are.
