It is a powerful tool for making more mindful decisions so you are in charge of every decision without having to resort to rules and restrictions.
Instead of counting calories or carbs, whenever you feel like eating, simply click “I want to eat” and the app will guide you through the decision-making process step by step.

Eating Buddy is a food journal for understanding food urges without calorie counting or dieting.
When eating feels automatic or out of control, tracking numbers often makes things worse. Eating Buddy helps you slow down and notice what’s really happening around food, so you can make more conscious choices over time.
Instead of focusing on calories, Eating Buddy focuses on listening to your body, including hunger, fullness, and food urges.
You log meals alongside how they made you feel, your hunger or fullness, and any notes you want to capture. Over time, patterns become easier to see. This helps you pause earlier, reflect, and respond differently.
• Log meals and drinks easily
Record what you eat in seconds. Choose from a simple menu, create your own entries, or snap a photo if you prefer a visual log.
• Tune into hunger, fullness, and satisfaction
Check in with your body throughout the day. Notice hunger levels, fullness after meals, and how eating actually felt, without rules or targets.
• Notice emotions and triggers
Gently observe emotional states, routines, or moments that often show up around eating. Seeing patterns clearly makes them easier to work with.
• Reflect with notes
Use notes to capture thoughts, context, or anything you want to remember. Eating Buddy is a private space for reflection, not judgment.
• Organize with tags
Use tags to group entries and reflect on themes over time, whether you are exploring mindful eating, routines, or specific situations.
• Optional challenges
If you like structure, you can join gentle awareness-based challenges designed to support consistency without pressure or perfection.
Eating Buddy is not a calorie tracker, diet app, or weight loss program.
It is a tool for noticing patterns, listening to your body, and understanding food urges at your own pace.
