The New International Version (NIV) Bible is one of the most widely read modern English translations of Scripture. First published in 1978, the NIV was created with the goal of making the Bible clear, accurate, and accessible while staying faithful to the original texts in Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic.
Developed by a team of over 100 scholars from different Christian denominations, the NIV Bible quickly became popular in Evangelical and Protestant circles. Its contemporary language makes it ideal for personal study, Bible study groups, teaching, and public worship.
The NIV has undergone several revisions, including the 2011 edition, which updated the language for modern readers. Available in many formats—such as study Bibles, devotional editions, and digital versions—the NIV continues to be a go-to translation for millions of Christians worldwide.
Loved for its balance of clarity and faithfulness, the NIV Bible makes engaging with God’s Word both meaningful and accessible in today’s world.

Amplified Bible
The Amplified Bible (AMP) is an English translation of the Bible produced jointly by The Zondervan Corporation and The Lockman Foundation. The first edition was published in 1965. It is largely a revision of the American Standard Version of 1901, with reference made to various texts in the original languages. It is designed to "amplify" the text by using a system of punctuation and other typographical features to bring out all shades of meaning present in the original texts.
