One of the most underrated factors for our personal growth is our attention span. A person with a good span of attention and concentration will generally be calmer and more composed which helps them to grow wiser.
To help you improve, this app has been developed with a minimalistic approach by skipping all the fancy things. The exercise has been carefully crafted based on Vedic Dhyan and no other nonsense has been added to make it trendy.
