Payout/Conversion Charges : In app purchase charges 30% on convert/redeem amount and we are taking 5% charge on convert/redeem amount. For Example, If you want to convert/redeem 100 Rs then In app purchase will be 30 Rs(30%) and our charge 5 Rs (5%). Total charge is 35 Rs. You'll get 65 Rs. Simply you need to give 40% charge including In app purchase charge. Payout/Transfer Time : Usually it takes 7 to 15 business/working days (except Saturday, Sunday & public holiday) to credit in to your account from the date of conversion request/order. Wrong payout detail may cause delay in payout until you raise query. Refund/Cancellation : We do not allow refund/cancellation once the order/request placed for conversion.
