Designed for Theragun, Coach updates your recovery plan daily with your activities and changing needs. It notifies you in real-time with customized, science-backed recommendations to help you use your Theragun for more effective recovery. ACTIVITY TRACKING AND WEARABLES SYNCING Record activities using your favorite health and fitness wearable devices or apps. You can track runs, walks, hikes, bike rides, workouts, yoga, and dozens more. Just sync the Therabody app with your favorite device including Garmin, Google Fit and Strava, and your activities from your connected wearables will sync in real-time so that you have the most effective recovery plan based on your day.
