As the shortage of water supply through pipelines, dependency of the consumer in major cities is growing on water tanker services. Thus there is the need of online tanker management system. OTS is a technology platform designed and developed by KWSB. It connects water tanker consumer and hydrant staff. This app facilitates residents of Karachi to register a request for water tanker request to concerned hydrant. Consumer is informed about its request through SMS, tanker’s driver contact and closure of the request.
