Courses include “mindfulness-based training”, “rumination-focused cognitive behavioral training”, “transdiagnostic cognitive behavioral training”, “daily self-care”, “gratitude exercise”, and “cognitive behavorial training for insomnia”. These courses help you to reduce being led around by your emotions, discovering the reasons why emotional resistance leads to more suffering or why we are so unmotivated to do anything. 6) GUIDED SELF-HELP AND GROUP THERAPY Complement your self-help courses with our "Mindfulness Group Practice" and "Group Therapy."
