After the App establishes a binding relationship with the watch (such as the NY17， Series series), the App will forward the incoming calls and SMS messages received by the mobile phone to the watch side to notify the user of the new message. This function needs to use these permissions to ensure the realization of the notification function. After the user is unpair, these permissions will not be used.
