Users must still have physical access to the printers within the organization to release print jobs. Privacy and data handling The Ricoh myPrint app does not collect, share, or transmit personal data beyond authentication handled by the user’s organization, school, or university. All print data is automatically deleted once the job is completed or the retention period expires. Ricoh does not access, analyze, or retain the content of print jobs or user credentials. All data processing remains under the control of the organization, school, or university that operates the print environment.
