What are the benefits? * Access – All your savings accounts in one view, just click on an account to see details of your transactions. * Security – Set-up facial recognition/ fingerprint or a passcode for secure login. * Transfers – Transfer money between your YBS savings accounts or to external accounts. * Payments – Pay bills or settle up with your friends – all you need is their bank account details. * Transaction history – View your transactions and deposits. * Your profile – Check and update the personal details & contact info we hold for you * Search and apply for a new savings account Frequently asked questions Do I have to be a YBS customer to use the app? Yes. To use the app you need to be an existing YBS customer and have registered your account for online banking. We will also require an up-to-date mobile number. If you are a YBS customer but not yet registered for online banking, the process is quick and easy. You can sign up for online access on our website – ybs.co.uk/register Can I use online banking and the app? Yes, you can use both online services to access your savings account, whichever is most convenient at the time. Is the YBS app secure? Yes. The app has been built with industry-standard security practices via secure passcode or biometric and does not store any account information locally on your device.
