Policy Information: Information regarding your personal policy as well as the Scheme rules. Submit a query: Submit a query relating to a document in your feed or a general enquiry which will be directly routed to one of our contact centre agents or nurses to assist you further. Network Healthcare Provider Search: Using GPS location you are able to find family practitioners or specialists close to you. You are also able to search by area. Submit Claims: Simply snap an image of the invoice and receipt via the app using your phone’s camera, then submit to Bestmed for effective processing.
