SeisMeteo brings weather, earthquakes and seismograms from seismic stations together in one app. It is free, with no ads and no account. The optional SeisMeteo Pro purchase adds advanced seismogram tools. WEATHER • Weather for your location and up to 5 cities, with hourly and 7-day forecasts. • Temperature and feels-like, wind and gusts, humidity, pressure, precipitation, UV index, cloud cover, sunrise and sunset. • Weather alerts from official agencies via Apple Weather, in regions where they are available. • In Italy, Civil Protection (Protezione Civile) weather alerts for your municipality, for today and tomorrow. EARTHQUAKES • Events from USGS, EMSC and INGV in a single list, without duplicates. • Filter by magnitude, time period and distance from you; sort by date, magnitude or distance. • Map of events and a detail page linking to the source. • Notifications for new earthquakes above the magnitude you choose, optionally only near you. iOS checks at intervals, usually every one to four hours, so notifications may arrive hours late. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. SEISMOGRAMS • More than 180 seismic stations in Italy, the rest of Europe, the Americas, New Zealand and on Alaska's volcanoes. • "Classic" view, like a drum seismograph, with the busiest lines highlighted. "Line" view if you prefer a technical chart. • For earthquakes with stations within the radius you choose (500 km by default), the seismogram from the nearest station, centred on the time of the event. • Station map and favourite stations. FREE AND SEISMETEO PRO Free for everyone: • all weather and all alerts; • earthquakes, map, notifications and widgets; • seismograms from every station in the "Classic" and "Line" views: usually the last hour for data stations, 24 hours for image stations; • the nearest station, for earthquakes with stations within the chosen radius; • up to 3 favourite stations. With SeisMeteo Pro (optional in-app purchase): • all nearby seismograms for an earthquake, up to 8 stations within the chosen radius, centred on the time of the event; • 6, 12 and 24-hour traces on data stations (up to 12 hours on some stations); • full screen with zoom and adjustable drum amplitude; • unlimited favourite stations; • four alternate app icons, including the classic one from 2014. One-time purchase, no subscription, shareable with Family Sharing. If you bought SeisMeteo when it was a paid app, SeisMeteo Pro is included at no cost. IMPORTANT SeisMeteo is an information app. It is not an alert system and does not replace guidance from civil protection agencies and local authorities. Data comes from external services: it may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable, and sources may revise magnitudes. Seismograms are raw data processed for display: they show when the ground is shaking, not the magnitude of an earthquake. PRIVACY No account, no ads, no tracking.
