The app calculates total dough weight and the flour needed for the formula. Flour Splits Use one flour or enable a second flour. Set its share of total flour and the primary flour adjusts automatically. Extra Ingredients Add ingredients like butter, oil, egg, sugar, yogurt, seeds, or anything else.
