nevada: breathe with intention app analytics for October 25

nevada is a breathing companion. It turns your screen into something that breathes with you, and then gets out of the way. Six techniques, each paired with a living animation that moves in rhythm with your breath: - Box Breathing, four equal sides, for calm under pressure - 4-7-8 Breathing, for falling asleep - Resonant Breathing, slow and even, for settling the heart - Mindful Breathing, the everyday foundation - Physiological Sigh, two inhales and a long release, for a fast reset - Extended Exhale, when the out-breath needs to be longer than the in-breath Build your own pattern too: set the seconds for each part of the breath, choose how the session ends, and keep up to three of them. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT - The animation is the interface. Tap once and breathe; everything else fades. - Cycles or a timer. Six cycles, or one to twenty minutes. - Apple Watch, built for the wrist: start a session, lower your arm, and follow the rhythm by feel. - Live Activity and Dynamic Island: the session keeps counting while you are doing something else, and clears itself when you are done. - A home screen widget that starts your last practice in one tap. QUIET BY DESIGN No accounts. No subscriptions. No streaks. No social features. No notifications asking you to come back. Nothing to maintain, nothing to keep up. Choose from nine palettes, or make your own color. Sessions are saved to a calendar you can swipe through, so you can see the days you breathed. breathe with intention.
