SkiEr: 3D SkiErg Training app analytics for October 25

Your SkiErg, reimagined as a 3D Nordic ski race. SkiEr connects to your SkiErg over Bluetooth and turns every pull into movement on snow. Your skier double-poles in time with your real stroke, harder pulls look harder, and the trail rolls on through forests, frozen lakes, glaciers and mountain passes. FREE TO DOWNLOAD • Just Ski: open-ended sessions with live pace, watts, stroke rate, distance and heart rate • Ski together on the open trail: other skiers, live • Workout history, streaks, 27 achievements and Game Center leaderboards • Saves to Apple Health 8 LIVING 3D ROUTES (SKIER PRO) • Silver Birch — 500 m lakeside sprint • Alpine Sprint — 5K through pine forest • Glacier Trail — 5K past blue ice under a deep alpine sky • Twilight Ridge — 5K under the northern lights • Nordic Valley — 10K classic cross-country • Frozen Lake Loop — 10K across the ice on a frosty morning • Sunset Peaks — 10K in golden-hour light • Mountain Pass — a half-marathon at altitude Each route has its own hills, live elevation profile, race arches every kilometre and bronze, silver and gold medal targets. SKI TOGETHER Switch on Ski together and everyone on your trail appears on screen, live, with the gap to each skier. Join a friend on the open trail and you start right beside them. When nobody else is out, a fast and a steady pace partner keep you company. You appear under a made-up skier name, and nothing is stored. FIND YOUR FTP (SKIER PRO) A 20-minute all-out test finds your functional threshold power. Your effort zones then scale to you, so "tempo" means your tempo. RACE YOUR PERSONAL BEST A ghost skier replays your best time on the route, so you can see exactly where you're ahead and where to push. A SKIER THAT MOVES WITH YOU A modern race double pole that follows your real stroke. On a Concept2 PM5 it uses the monitor's own stroke timing, and with an Apple Watch it follows your arms on any machine. The pole plant lands as you pull, and the crunch deepens as your watts rise. LIVE HEART RATE FROM APPLE WATCH Wear your watch and SkiEr opens on it when you start, streaming live heart rate to the workout screen and your heart-rate zones. A chest strap paired to your SkiErg's monitor works too. TRAIN WITH PURPOSE (SKIER PRO) • Distance, time and interval workouts, and the FTP test • 6 structured plans: Beginner 4-Week, 5-Week 2K Improver, HIIT Sprint Series, 6-Week Endurance Builder, Hyrox 1K Specialist and Biathlon Conditioning • Workout finder, training analytics and trends • Customise your skier: race suits, boots, gloves and more SKIER PRO Try it free for 1 week, then £4.99/month or £29.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the end of the free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Already bought SkiEr before version 1.3? Everything stays unlocked, for life. Works with the Concept2 SkiErg (PM5 monitor) and Bluetooth FTMS ski machines such as the Rogue Echo Skier. No SkiErg to hand? Try Demo Mode.
