HCloud Pocket is a private iPhone console for Hetzner Cloud servers, VPS inventory, diagnostics, and guarded recovery when you are away from a desk.
The app has no backend, no telemetry, no analytics SDK, no ads, no subscriptions, and no third-party API proxy. Hetzner Cloud API tokens are stored only in iOS Keychain and are only sent directly to the official Hetzner Cloud API.
Try the visible Enter Demo Mode button with bundled sample projects. Demo Mode stays on-device and makes no network requests.
Start with a read-only API token for inventory and outage checks. If you use a read/write token for emergency operations or resource builds, write requests require device authentication and a confirmation popup before they are sent. Reboot, Shutdown, and Power Off add an extra confirmation step by requiring the server name.
Features:
- Multiple named projects with separate on-device connections
- Search servers across projects and save project-scoped favorites
- Server dashboard with tappable filters for running, offline, volumes, firewalls, and load balancers
- Server details with public IPs, private networks, datacenter, server type, volumes, firewalls, and labels
- On-demand host CPU, disk I/O, and network metrics with historical ranges and clear unavailable or cached states
- Firewall rule details and load-balancer target health diagnostics
- Pull-to-refresh and automatic status checks for transitional server states
- Resource inventory for volumes, firewalls, load balancers, locations, and datacenters
- Project cost estimates for current resources and new resource proposals, with currency and VAT details
- Backups and snapshots with compatible replacement-server and confirmed server-disk recovery flows
- Persistent local activity for accepted operations, with status checks that resume after leaving the app
- Guarded resource builds for servers, volumes, firewalls, and load balancers
- Confirmation prompts for emergency operations
- Replace and delete token flows
- English and German interface with a local-only privacy statement built into the app
Cost views are estimates of current resource run rates and proposed resources, not invoices or month-to-date spend. Recovery replaces a server disk; attached volumes, networking, and firewall configuration are outside that operation.
HCloud Pocket is intended as a transparent emergency console for operators who want mobile access without sending infrastructure credentials to a third-party service.
