Told — Talk It Out app analytics for October 23

You know the feeling. The same worry keeps circling back. The same conversation replays in your head. You need to get it out — but texting a friend at 11pm feels like too much, and journaling feels like homework. You just need to say it. Told is an AI companion for the things you can't say to anyone. Open the app and start talking — about your day, about something that's been building, about what you keep to yourself. Told listens without judgment. It asks the right follow-up questions. It doesn't interrupt, and it doesn't rush you to a solution. And it remembers what matters to you. When you come back, Told already knows the backstory. Every conversation builds on the last — not just what you said, but how you think. Over time, Told helps you see the shape of what you've been holding: how you feel, react, and respond across weeks of conversations. What keeps coming back. What has quietly changed since you first said it out loud. Not therapy. Not a chatbot playing a character. A wellness companion for your inner life. WHAT MAKES TOLD DIFFERENT - One continuous companion — every conversation adds context, nothing resets - Your portrait — an evolving picture of your inner life, drawn from what you share - Voice-first — talking works when writing feels like work (and you can text instead any time) - Private by default — every connection to Told is encrypted in transit, and your voice recordings are encrypted where they are stored. OpenAI and Anthropic do not train models on data sent through their APIs, and we have opted out of model training with Voyage AI; we are completing training opt-outs with our remaining voice providers AVAILABLE IN English and Korean Told listens, remembers, and helps you see yourself.
