Every session opens in a workout player that walks you through each block, set and exercise, with demo videos whenever you're unsure of a movement. Prefer your own schedule? Standalone training plans are there too — start one any time and work through it at your own pace. TRACK EVERY SET Log reps, weight and RPE as you train. Your history stays with you, so you can see what you lifted last time and beat it. Personal records and training streaks are tracked automatically. EAT WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK Get a personalised meal plan built around your goals, with recipes for every meal and macros already worked out. Turn a week's plan into a shopping list grouped by category, so a grocery run takes minutes instead of an hour. SEE PROGRESS THAT ISN'T JUST THE SCALE Record body measurements and progress photos, and watch your workout stats and weekly consistency build over time.
