Gottardo Live: Gotthard Tunnel app analytics for October 23

Gottardo Live shows you exactly what's happening at the Gotthard road tunnel right now — queue lengths, waiting times, official alerts and live webcams — so you can decide when to leave and which direction is actually moving. It's built directly on official Swiss data from the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO / VMZ-CH), not a third-party scrape. WHAT YOU GET • Live queues both ways — queue length in kilometres and estimated waiting time, northbound and southbound, updated automatically. • 7 live webcams along the A2 and over the pass, ordered from the portals outward, with full-screen zoom. • Official alerts from the Swiss traffic management centre, grouped by direction and shown in your language. • Automatic push alerts when a queue forms, when it's almost over (waiting time down to 20 minutes) and when it clears — so you don't have to keep checking. • A 24-hour trend chart to see how the day is developing and spot the quiet windows. • Portal weather at Göschenen and Airolo. • CarPlay, with Premium: queues, waiting times, closures and alerts on your car's screen. • Designed for both iPhone and iPad, with a layout tailored to each. FOUR LANGUAGES Fully localised in English, Italian, German and French — the languages of the Gotthard. CLEAR, HONEST NUMBERS Queue length and waiting time always come from the official feed and are shown together. When there is no official queue, the app never invents one — at most it shows a subtle "heavier traffic than usual" hint.
