Offline Mahjong Collection is a fully offline Mahjong game for solo play against local AI. No account or network connection is required: the wall, decisions, saves, scoring, voice calls, and haptics run on your device. Choose from six rulesets: - Sichuan Bloody Battle: exchange three, declare a missing suit, and keep playing after each win. - Guangdong Chicken Hand: Chow, Pung, and Kong with stacked patterns and a scoring cap. - Guangdong Push-Down: a fast ruleset for any standard complete hand. - Taiwanese 16-Tile: Flowers, replacement tiles, five melds, and tai scoring. - Japanese Riichi: red fives, ura-dora, Riichi, and abortive draws. - Three-Player Riichi: Kita, three-player payments, and core Riichi extensions. Tune opponent level, AI pace, animation, volume, haptics, and house-rule switches. Three regional voice packs are bundled on-device. The app requests no microphone, performs no speech recognition, and does not upload gameplay data. Saved games stay in local storage. Regional Mahjong rules vary by club and family. Differences are exposed as presets or advanced options, with an in-app rules summary and source list.
