Nothing you enter is sent anywhere. Calculator results are shown as neutral descriptions with their limitations. SOFA-2 is presented only as a description of organ dysfunction in critically ill adults, not as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or mortality prediction. qSOFA is identified as a higher-risk prompt rather than a stand-alone sepsis screen. Cockcroft–Gault is shown as unindexed mL/min with cautions for unstable kidney function. Recommendations change rapidly and opinion can be controversial.
