The application stores your readiness cards, sleep duration, star ratings, training type, and historical sleep debt. The Journal allows you to review previous recovery reports without generating them again. Open any saved day to revisit the original readiness card exactly as it was created, making it easy to compare recovery trends over weeks and months.
