Press and hold it for 2.5 seconds and our control room is alerted straight away - with your exact location and the medical details you have saved. You do not have to speak, type or explain anything. WHAT OUR PARAMEDICS SEE THE MOMENT YOU PRESS IT - Exactly where you are, on a map - Your blood type and any allergies - Pre-existing and chronic conditions - Medication you are taking - Your medical aid details - Who to call on your behalf That information reaches us before we reach you, so treatment can start sooner and more safely. BUILT FOR REAL EMERGENCIES - Hold to activate, so it cannot go off in your pocket - A siren you can sound with one press, to draw people nearby if you have fallen or cannot call out. It never starts on its own, so it cannot give you away if you would rather stay quiet. - The siren sounds even when your iPhone is on silent - A one-tap button to phone ALS directly, always on screen, in case you would rather speak to someone - You can see when we have received your alert and when an ambulance is on its way - Cancel with one tap if it was a false alarm FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Store details for family members too - useful when the person who needs help is not the one holding the phone. NO MONTHLY FEE No subscription and no card required. Anyone can use it. YOUR PRIVACY Your location is only read at the moment you raise an alert. We do not track you, and the app cannot see where you are while it is closed. Your medical details are only shared with ALS Paramedics when you press the button, and every time a staff member opens your record it is logged.
