88 Buddhas Great Repentance app analytics for October 31

Practice with a pace that follows you—not just a timer. 88 Buddhas Great Repentance is a calm, focused companion for Buddhist recitation, prostration, and meditation. Its signature feature is Camera-Guided Pacing. Using the front camera, the app recognizes when you lower for a prostration and return to stable standing. The next recitation begins when you are ready—not after an arbitrary fixed interval. Camera images are processed only on your device and are never recorded, saved, or transmitted. Choose your practice style • Camera-Guided Pacing follows your movement • Fixed Pacing provides a simple timer-based alternative without camera access • Optional chimes provide gentle pacing cues • Text Caption Mode or Video Mode during camera-guided practice Customize the 88 Buddhas Repentance practice • Choose 88 or 91 Invocations • Include optional opening recitations • Include a 21-unit closing dedication • Adjust pacing, chimes, and practice sections • Review camera placement and readiness before beginning Meditation is included • Preset durations or custom sessions from 1 minute to 24 hours • Completion chimes • Optional ambient sounds • Adjustable volume and haptic controls • Remembered preferences for returning sessions Designed for a quiet, personal practice, with English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese support. Camera-Guided Pacing is optional, and Fixed Pacing is always available when you prefer not to use the camera. Audio credits The recitation audio is from 《禮佛大懺悔文》 published by Dharma Drum Mountain Hong Kong Center (法鼓山香港道場), used with the Center's permission, solely for this non-profit practice App (2026-10-07). This app is free, ad-free, and non-profit; the recitation is unmodified—only segmentation and playback control were applied so the clips follow the practice flow.
