Gritz: Gym & Goals app analytics for October 30

Your gym just got a lot more fun. Gritz turns "I should really go to the gym" into "I haven't missed a week." Set a goal, follow a plan built around you, and watch the progress stack up. PICK A GOAL. ANY GOAL. Lose the belly, get stronger, finally run without wheezing. Choose 4, 8 or 12 weeks and Gritz builds your week around it, with the right number of days for your schedule. KEEP THE STREAK ALIVE Every session counts. Hit your days, grow your streak, and feel that little rush when the week fills up. Missed one? Life happens. Just show up for the next. NEVER WONDER WHAT TO DO NEXT Today's workout is ready the moment you walk in. Follow it step by step, swap an exercise you don't fancy, or log your own thing. Stuck at home? Grab a quick 10, 15 or 20 minute workout and still count the day. SEE HOW FAR YOU'VE COME Log your weight and measurements, and snap private progress photos only you can see. When your goal is done, see your before and after side by side. Spoiler: it's a good feeling. NOT SURE WHICH PLAN TO GET? Answer a few quick taps and Gritz matches you with a plan that fits how often you actually train. Pay in seconds, top up your wallet, and turn on auto-renew so you never get caught out. BETTER TOGETHER Book a class, catch what's on at your gym, and jump on the leaderboard if you're the competitive type. Ready? Your next session starts here. Let's go.
