Features you can access on this app: - convenient and easy access to emergency and key contact details, - information regarding your policy, - view statements, - see benefits, - medical savings balances and more. Features members use frequently Membership - Effortlessly check your membership profile with the Medical Scheme, contribution payments. Claims - Display claims history, including rejection reasons, where applicable. If struggling to find a particular claim, refine your search by using the filter function provided. Pre-Authorisation - Submit pre-authorisations. Virtual membership card - if you’ve forgotten to bring your physical card along to your doctor or pharmacy, find the virtual card in the app. Tap the card to flip the card over or download the card. This card can be used while you wait for your physical card to arrive. Benefits – Find benefits information applicable to your option. Once you’ve selected a particular category, you can also check your benefits usage (used and available) against relevant limits where applicable. Find a Provider – Search for health care providers to find doctors, dentists, or optometrists, near to you if applicable to your Medical Scheme option. Note that you can save money and limit your out – of – pocket expenses by using network providers. Need Documents – Easily and conveniently request copies of important documents such as tax certificates, Proof of membership, and claims statements to be e-mailed without having to call.
