Improved accuracy with AccessibilityService - To provide parents with more reliable insights into their child’s educational activity, Screen Smart offers an optional feature powered by the Android AccessibilityService API. When enabled by the parent, this feature helps the app more accurately determine when a child is actively interacting with educational apps, ensuring that learning time is measured fairly and rewards are granted correctly. Screen Smart does not read screen content, collect personal information, or control other apps or the device in any way. This feature is fully optional, transparent, and can be disabled at any moment in the device settings. We created Screen Smart because we see screen addiction among children as one of the largest challenges of our time. We are parents ourselves, so we know exactly how difficult it is to avoid that children end up as screen zombies. We have kept the app simple to drive healthy educational breaks because we know that it works.
