As a Blue KC member, you can download the free MyBlueKC app to help make the most of your Blue KC plan. With new and improved features, the MyBlueKC app gives you easy access to your healthcare coverage 24/7, wherever you are. Use the app to: • Access benefit information • See your most recent claims • View and share your ID card • Find a doctor, hospital or other healthcare provider • Track deductibles and spending account balances • View pharmacy benefit information (if applicable) • Connect to Health & Wellness programs • NEW for ACA/Direct Pay Members only: Pay My Bill and ACA Rewards (for wellness points) Features available are based on your plan and benefits. The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.
