GoonTrack: Quit Addiction app analytics for October 1

Rewire Your Dopamine, Rebuild Your Discipline GoonTrack isn’t about guilt or restriction. It’s about helping you rewire your brain to crave progress instead of instant pleasure. Each time you check your streak, earn a badge, or reflect on a relapse, your brain slowly replaces old dopamine triggers with new ones like consistency, focus, and self-control. Most people fail to quit because they try to fight their habits directly. GoonTrack makes it easier by turning recovery into a game. You build momentum through visible progress and small rewards that teach your brain to enjoy the process of improvement. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to stay aware. Every clean day strengthens new neural pathways, while reflection helps you understand your triggers and patterns. Over time, your mind stops chasing quick highs and starts valuing focus, calm, and long-term growth. Why You’ll Love It • Feels like a game, not a lecture.
