myWOD app analytics for October 23

If you're looking for a simple way to log and track your XF workouts (WODs), myWOD is your app! Stop relying on your box or gym to keep track of your achievements. You worked hard to hit that new Fran time or that new Snatch PR; you might have even rung the bell. Let’s ensure that when the system they use is changed your achievements stay; with myWOD. Choose from the most common preselected Girl & Hero workouts or create a custom work to track your progress. Search via name or calendar entry to find your last PR and crush it next time. You can also see a graph of your progress over time. Track progress across multiple different movement parameters: weight, distance, reps, & height. Filter them by sets and reps and see your progress through a graph. When it’s time to warmup, tap the weight and get a breakdown by percentages. Remember they are your achievements and your data; make sure you keep it safe and with you always. • Automatic data backups • Search feature and calendar for easy tracking of past WODs. • Add custom movements and track max weight achievements. • Graphing to see your progress over time. • Create your own custom WODs for future use. • Imperial and Metric settings. • Backup and sync data. • Weight percentage charts
