PushnDeliver - Courier app analytics for October 23

PushnDeliver Courier is a mobile app built for riders to receive and complete ride-hailing, food delivery, and package delivery requests from customers in real time. Riders can go online to become available, get notified of nearby requests, review trip details, and accept or decline jobs based on distance, destination, and payout. Once a job is accepted, the app provides turn-by-turn navigation to pickup and drop-off locations, with live location sharing and delivery progress updates. Riders can contact customers through in-app chat or call (where available) to confirm pickup details, coordinate handoff, or resolve issues quickly. For deliveries, riders can update statuses such as “Arrived,” “Picked Up,” “En Route,” and “Delivered,” helping customers stay informed from start to finish. PushnDeliver Courier includes a clear earnings dashboard so riders can track completed trips, daily/weekly totals, bonuses (if applicable), and payout history. Riders can also manage their availability, set online/offline status, and view trip history with receipts and timelines. The platform supports secure payments, ratings and feedback, and push notifications for new requests, job updates, and important alerts. Designed for reliability on the road, the app uses real-time location tracking, background updates (when permitted), and efficient notification handling to ensure riders can receive requests and complete trips smoothly.
