With the Rula app, you can continue making progress between sessions: reflecting on learnings, carrying insights into the weeks ahead, building self-care skills, and staying focused on the goals you set with your provider.

 With this app, you can: • Review session summaries prepared by your provider, including what was discussed, what to focus on, and any recommended resources • Build and practice self-care skills with a library of exercises and articles to explore • Share topics you want to discuss with your provider ahead of time to make the most of your sessions • Send and receive messages from providers on your care team • Manage your appointments and other care details (like billing and insurance information) We’re here to support you on your journey.
