 With this app, you can: * Review session summaries prepared by your provider, including what was discussed, what to focus on, & any recommended resources * Build & practice self-care skills with a library of exercises & articles to explore * Share topics you want to discuss with your provider ahead of time to make the most of your sessions * Send & receive messages from providers on your care team * Manage your appointments and other care details (like billing & insurance information) We’re here to support you on your journey.
