Daily Affirm is an affirmations widget for your home screen. It shows one positive affirmation and changes it for you: once a day at a time you pick, or a few times a day inside hours you set. Your daily affirmations are there each time you look at your phone, without opening the app.
There's no subscription. Most affirmations apps charge every year; here, Premium is a one-time unlock that stays yours. The app is free to download, and the free version is the full app, not a trial.
There are 1,700 positive affirmations in 17 categories. Some are for ordinary days: daily motivation, self love, career & confidence, focus & study, relationships, creativity and good habits. Some are for harder ones: anxiety relief, resilience, body image, grief & healing and recovery. The rest cover gratitude affirmations, abundance and money affirmations, calm & rest before sleep, spiritual life and parenthood.
Each language has its own library, written for that language and reviewed line by line rather than translated word for word. All 19 are complete. The lines are written to work for anyone, so there's no separate set of affirmations for women or for men. Everything is stored on your phone, so the app works offline.
If you usually look for motivational quotes, think of this as a daily quotes widget with one difference: each line is in the first person, the way you'd say it to yourself. If you use money affirmations for manifesting abundance, start with Abundance & Money and Gratitude.
The widget comes in small, medium and large. Place it anywhere on your home screen and resize it like any other Android widget. Choose one of 10 widget themes, or make your own: any color or photo behind the text, your fonts and colors, with a live preview as you edit.
Daily Affirm also works on Android tablets and foldable phones. On a big screen, the app uses the extra space in portrait and landscape, and split screen works too. The affirmations widget sits on a tablet home screen just like on a phone.
You can also write custom affirmations in your own words, for example about good habits you're building. They join the same rotation and show up on the widget, in Today, in Favorites and in Share. Triple-tap a word to make it stand out.
Keep the lines you like in Favorites. Share one as an image. Hide the ones that aren't for you, and they leave the rotation.
Smart categories fill themselves. A Favorites category brings every affirmation you like to the widget and Today. Short Only keeps just the short affirmations from the categories you choose, and new ones join on their own. With Premium, add either one from New Category in the Library.
When the affirmation changes more than once a day, morning affirmations come in the morning and sleep affirmations wait for the evening. If you'd like a heads-up when it changes, turn on the affirmation reminder. Otherwise the app stays quiet. It won't ask for a rating on day one, it won't guilt you about streaks, and it won't push an upgrade before you've had a chance to use it.
The free version gives you the widget in every size, 3 categories you choose (300 affirmations), 3 themes, favorites, sharing and the schedule. It shows one small banner ad.
Premium removes the ad, opens all 17 categories and all 10 themes, adds smart categories, and lets you write your own affirmations and design your own themes. You'll see three prices. Each one unlocks exactly the same thing, so pick whichever feels fair.
There's no account to create. Premium is linked to your Google account, so it comes back on a new phone or after a reinstall. Your favorites, your own affirmations and your settings return through Android's standard Google backup.
