Mimo is the first loyalty program in Brazil, with the purpose to bring joy to the day to day of people. Free for the consumer, the program works as a game with missions that rewards the participants with points to exchange for free products in one of our physical stores around the city of São Paulo! The products found in our stores vary between food, beverage, hygiene items, beauty, and house cleaning from the best brands in the market. Each new product in our loyalty program works as an experimentation marketing campaign and it lasts until the stock is done. It is important to point out that all the products are 100% free and to be able to get them is the real challenge of the game! How does it work? In our app there is a page of “Mission Games”, there you have to complete the missions that are questionaries, researches, videos, etc. that are related to your consumption habits, which products do you like, and how you are as a person. We also have missions created by the brands that sponsor the program. At each step of the game you win points and later you can exchange for free products in one of our stores in São Paulo.
